Your Second Visit

Report of Findings

During your second visit, Dr. Darding will give you a detailed report of all of her findings including what she saw on your X-ray. She’ll also answer your questions about treatment options, frequency of visits and cost estimates. She will also let you know if your condition would be better addrressed by another health care provider.

Treatment

Your first treatment may begin during this appointment, and could include a spinal adjustment, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. Dr. D is very open to conversation and suggestions from her patients, so she encourages you to discuss any concerns about her recommended plan at this time.

Wellness Program

Before you leave, Dr. D will suggest changes to incorporate at home that will aid in your recovery. Some things she might suggest are ice or heat applications, activities or positions you should avoid, and stretches and exercises. She can also talk to you about the best food and supplement choices that can give your body the nutrition it needs for healing.
